Fracture Entertainment is an independent game studio based in Belgium.
We create games built around strong worlds, interconnected systems, player freedom, and the stories that emerge when those elements come together.
Our current project, Seabound, is a pirate sandbox focused on sailing, naval combat, crew management, exploration, trade, and building your place in a dangerous world.
Rather than guiding players through a fixed path, we want to create worlds that give them tools, opportunities, and consequences — then let them decide what kind of story unfolds.
At the heart of Fracture is a simple idea:
Build the world. Give the player the tools. Let the adventure emerge.
Our Background
Fracture Entertainment grew out of years of experience in game development, art, production, and interactive technology.
Our background includes building games and prototypes, creating environments and visual experiences, designing gameplay systems, managing multidisciplinary teams, and taking projects from early concepts through production and delivery.
That experience shapes how we approach Seabound today.
We think about how systems interact rather than existing in isolation. Sailing influences combat. Combat affects ships and crew. Resources create reasons to explore and trade. Captured ships expand what the player can do. Bases, settlements, and characters gradually turn the world into something the player has influenced.
We believe some of the most memorable moments in games are not scripted beforehand. They happen when mechanics, environments, and player decisions collide in unexpected ways.
Seabound is being built around that philosophy.
